Norton Rose Fulbright advises Dongyue Group on HK$3.335 billion placing

Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Dongyue Group Limited (0189.HK) in its HK$3.335 billion placing of 145,000,000 new shares.
Dongyue Group is a Chinese leading chemical engineering company, primarily engaged in developing and producing fluoropolymers, refrigerants and silicone products. The placing would enable the company to broaden its shareholder base and to finance the planned rapid development and expansion of the business and production capacity of the group.
CITIC Securities and CICC are the joint placing agents.
Dongyue has been a longstanding client of the Hong Kong office of Norton Rose Fulbright. The Norton Rose Fulbright team was co-led by Psyche Tai, Head of Hong Kong and Head of Capital Markets, and Harold Tin, a Capital Markets partner in Hong Kong. The team also included counsel Rachel Chan, and associates Wallace Wong and Ying Yeo.
